Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of charliegrabham.com ("the Website") and any services, programmes, digital products or resources ("Services") supplied by Charlie Grabham trading as Bombshell Comms and The Bombshell Blueprint ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or buy our Services.

1. Who we are

Charlie Grabham T/A Bombshell Comms and The Bombshell Blueprint is based in Newcastle, UK. You can contact us at bombshellblueprint@bombshellcomms.co.uk. We work with customers across the UK and internationally.

2. Who these terms apply to

A "Consumer" is an individual buying for purposes mainly outside their trade, business or profession. A "Business Customer" is anyone else. Where a clause applies to only one, it says so. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a Consumer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use the Website or buy our Services.

4. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • republish, reproduce, distribute or exploit our content without our written consent;

  • upload or transmit harmful or malicious content; or

  • use the Website in a way that infringes others' rights or restricts their access.

We may suspend or remove your access to the Website or Services if you breach these terms (see clause 14 for the process).

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our Services (text, branding, programmes, videos, downloads and materials) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law.

When you buy a course or download a resource, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, share, resell or distribute it to others.

6. Our Services

We provide online courses, coaching, memberships, templates and other services. We will describe each service on its sales page and provide it with reasonable care and skill.

Our materials are educational and are not a substitute for professional, legal or financial advice. Results depend on your effort, circumstances and actions. We cannot guarantee any specific financial or business outcome. Testimonials and examples are illustrative and are not promises of results.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP. Prices shown to Consumers include VAT where VAT applies. Prices shown to Business Customers may exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable.

Payments are processed by third parties such as Stripe. We do not store your card details.

8. Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan (splitting the price over an agreed term), you agree to pay the full price in the instalments shown at checkout. A payment plan is not a subscription. After your cancellation period (clause 10) ends, you cannot cancel the plan early, and the remaining instalments stay payable, unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law gives you another right.

9. Missed or failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry it automatically and email you to update your payment details. If we have not received payment within 7 days of that email, we may pause your access until your account is up to date.

If payment is still outstanding after we have sent you a written reminder giving at least 14 days to pay, the remaining balance under your payment plan will become due. We may then pursue it, including through a debt recovery agent or court proceedings, and may claim interest and reasonable recovery costs as the law allows. We may also decline to sell you future Services.

If you are struggling to pay, please contact us early so we can try to agree a solution.

10. Your right to cancel (Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Consumers generally have 14 days from the date of purchase (for

services) or from when the digital content is made available to them to cancel, without giving a reason.

Digital content (courses, downloads, templates, recordings). At checkout we will ask you to tick a box confirming that you want immediate access, and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once access begins. If you tick it, you lose the right to cancel once the content starts to be made available to you. We will send you confirmation by email. If you do not tick it, your 14-day right applies.

Services (coaching, live programmes, calls, memberships). If you ask us to start within the 14-day period and then cancel, you must pay a proportionate amount for what we have provided up to the point you told us you were cancelling. If the Service is fully delivered within the 14 days with your acknowledgement that you lose your right to cancel, you cannot cancel afterwards.

How to cancel. Email bombshellblueprint@bombshellcomms.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form but do not have to. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation, to the original payment method.

11. Refunds and faulty Services

Outside the cancellation rights above, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance or subjective dissatisfaction. This does not affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If something is wrong, please tell us and we will put it right, which may include a repair, replacement, re-performance or refund as the law requires.

Our separate refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms.

12. Memberships and subscriptions

Rolling memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account in the member portal, or by emailing bombshellblueprint@bombshellcomms.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect before your next billing date if you cancel before it. Once cancelled, access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires.

We will send you a reminder before any free trial or introductory offer converts to a paid subscription, and before an annual renewal, where the law requires it.

13. Newsletter subscription

The paid newsletter (£10 per month) is provided through Substack. You can cancel at any time through Substack or via the unsubscribe link in any email from The Chief Bombshell. If you need help, email bombshellblueprint@bombshellcomms.co.uk.

14. Community conduct and suspension

We aim to keep our programmes and communities respectful and supportive. If you behave in a disruptive or disrespectful way, or breach group confidentiality, we will give you a warning. If the behaviour continues or is serious, we may suspend or remove your access. Where we remove access for your serious breach, we are not required to refund fees for the period after removal, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

15. Changes to our Services

We may update, change or discontinue a programme or resource. If a change significantly affects what you have paid for, we will give you reasonable notice and offer equivalent value or substitute content. If we cannot, you may be entitled to a refund for the unused part.

We aim for reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service because of internet issues, third-party downtime or maintenance. We are not responsible for outages outside our reasonable control.

16. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including serious illness, power or internet failure, third-party platform failure or government action. We will tell you promptly, take reasonable steps to continue, and offer a reasonable alternative or a refund for any part we cannot deliver.

17. Testimonials and earnings

Testimonials reflect individual past customers' experiences and are not guarantees. Examples of earnings or business growth are for illustration only.

18. Affiliate links

We sometimes share affiliate links to tools or services we use. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We will label these links where we share them. Please do your own research before buying.

19. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing affects a Consumer's statutory rights.

Consumers. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. Loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or was contemplated by both of us when you bought. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since Consumers buy for personal use.

Business Customers. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or opportunity, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service concerned. Services are provided without any warranty beyond those set out in these terms, to the extent the law allows.

20. Data protection

We handle your personal data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

21. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email bombshellblueprint@bombshellcomms.co.uk. We aim to reply within 5 working days and resolve it within 30 days. Official communications about billing, cancellations and support should come to that address or through your member account. We will not ignore a valid request because it came through another route, but using these channels is the quickest way for us to deal with it.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with its date, and tell existing customers by email about material changes. Changes do not affect Services you have already bought, which stay on the terms in force at purchase. If you do not agree with new terms, you may stop using the Website and, for subscriptions, cancel under clause 12.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to the following. If you are a Consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation, and you keep the mandatory consumer protections of that law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
