Fractional marketing support for SME's
For small business owners with a one-person marketing function.
The challenge
You have someone in-house managing your marketing. They are reporting into a non-marketing person. You know you could be doing more with your marketing but you don't have a clear plan.
You know that your team member isn't getting the senior marketing support they need. Marketing efforts aren't consistent because it's work that is done on top of a 'day job'.
The solution
We give you an experienced Head of Marketing on a fractional basis to support your team with monthly, fortnightly or weekly calls, in addition to 1 hour of WhatsApp support per month for quick-fire questions.
Where needed, we negotiate with any external agencies to make sure you're getting the best deal- as well as bridging any communication gaps. We also run or attend strategy days throughout the year to keep you moving in the right direction. We can support with delivery, training or just someone to bounce ideas off.
